The paper shows links between the increase of Bifidobacterium Lactis and the reduction of Covid severity in a paper titled "Lost microbes of COVID-19: Bifidobacterium, Faecalibacterium depletion and decreased microbiome diversity associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection severity"
