Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact us on progood@progood.com.au. We will provide all necessary details to process your request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Every order receives an emailed receipt so please keep this.

Delivery

Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery (subject to Stock availability)

All products are sent using Australia Post - Express Post and all deliveries have tracking numbers. If for any reason your product does not arrive within 7 days of purchase, please email us on progood@progood.com.au

Product orders are processed and sent out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (not including public holidays) to make sure the product is delivered the next day.  

 

Damaged or Lost Orders
Please contact us on (02) 9387 3733 if your goods have been damaged or have not arrived.

Return Policy
ProGood Pty Ltd do not refund for a ’change of mind’ purpose, so please choose carefully. If you would like to discuss the products and what may best suit your needs, please contact us on (02) 9387 3733. However, if you do wish to return an item (due to below conditions) we will issue replacement product, valid for 12 months.

Defective Products
All products purchased from ProGood Pty Ltd direct are checked for defects and quality before shipment. If your items does have a defect please contact us and we will either issue a refund or exchange the item. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. Defective items must be returned to ProGood within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customers choice to the same value, or a refund will be given.
